COC War weight question - spell factory

　　I'm wondering how much weight does spell factory lvl 4 (jump and freeze) add and if it will pull me to th9 weight. I know it seems heroes weigh a lot now and I'm concerned I won't be able to handle my weight if I upgrade spell factory.

　　It's not entirely total weights; variations will often happen at the bottom. The system does appear to emphasise trying to get the top to match, so wild variations there are uncommon. Assuming much of your roster is quite regular wild variations in the middle are uncommon, since both lists are sorted into order. If the middles differ badly, it implies an lot of difference, and maybe no match. So when there are variations they tend to either at the bottom; or where the weights jump in the middle due to step up in TH and the enemy might have 1 extra or fewer.

　　So... if you're at the bottom it will probably be hit and miss what you have to fight, and there's not a lot SC can do about that.

　　I'd also say, it's not worth worrying about war weight a lot if you're the bottom guy. Unless you're going defenceless and deliberately giving up the 3*, then just get on and build things. It's not going to have much effect on the clan's match. If you're a rushed TH9, then it may be worth going easy on the high weight stuff (xbow, bomb tower...), but basically just upgrade. Especially offence so you can 3* something and save an attack.
